Payment and Cancellation Policy

We require payment in full at the time of service. For cancellations, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. We accept various payment methods for your convenience. For cancellations not made 24 hours in advance the client will be charged for 50% of the cleaning fee

Your privacy and security are important to us. We treat all information provided to us with the utmost confidentiality and use secure payment processing systems to safeguard your personal data.

Rescheduling 

We understand that things come up, and we’re always happy to work with our clients when schedules change. To help us stay organized and respect the time we set aside for each appointment, we are implementing a $15 rescheduling fee for any appointments changed with less than 48 hours’ notice

Service Preperation Notice

To ensure a smooth, efficient, and safe cleaning experience, we kindly ask that clients are not present in the home during scheduled services. We also request that all pets be secured for their safety and the safety of our team. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to provide the highest level of care and professionalism in your home.
